To the maximum extent permitted by law, these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A. and you hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts in the Santa Clara County, California, U.S.A. in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of the Website.
